Review:POP service is horrible and unreliable. Main gripes: Constantly retrieves multiple copies of the same email. Long delays in retrieving email (days). This is the free account version which I used as a trial and would have gladly dropped $ down for the paid service. I wouldn't bother with this if I were you.
